Overview

Liberty Electric is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Management Coordinator. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our document control center.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing company and project level document control systems
  • Tracking and filing all paperwork in an organized and timely routine according to company established standards
  • Completing any other duties and tasks as assigned by management
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer software and database management
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years construction industry document control or project management experience
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, with a range of $48,000 to $62,000 based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with 4% matching funds, profit sharing, 8 paid holidays, personal leave, and educational assistance.
