Senior Power Simulation Engineer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA – 100% Onsite

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience with an emphasis on power simulation.
  • Over 5 years of expertise in modeling and simulating power profiles within electrical circuits utilizing Matlab Simulink.
  • Proficient in simulating power profiles in System on Chip (SoC) or Microcontroller (MCU) based devices commonly found in consumer electronics such as smartphones, wearables, smart speakers/displays, and cameras.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and facilitate effective decision-making across various functions and organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding and experience with electronic circuits and their applications.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power simulation.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic circuits and familiarity with circuit simulation tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of power electronics, including power supplies, batteries, chargers, and power distribution networks.
  • Proficient troubleshooting skills with power supplies, oscilloscopes, power network analyzers, and multimeters.
  • Solid understanding of Microprocessors/Controllers and digital communication protocols.
  • Experience with Python programming.
  • Ability to foster relationships and facilitate effective decision-making across various functions and organizational levels.
