Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Electric Power business development efforts. As a key member of our Americas Business Capture team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the Electric Power segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business opportunities in the Electric Power market.
  • Lead cross-functional campaigns and pursuits to secure major contracts and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including military and civil aircraft OEMs, government organizations, and universities.
  • Collaborate with product line teams to support production volume, customer engagements, and prioritization of pursuits.
  • Manage the development of complex, multi-million-dollar proposal efforts.
  • Lead negotiations to close deals and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in aerospace/defense industry business development, sales, marketing, commercial operations, or program/account management.
  • Ability to travel 25%-50% based on business needs.
  • Strong technical sales background, with focus on power electronics and electrical power systems.
  • Experience selling aircraft services and managing proposals, partnering with customers, contracts teams, financial analysis, and government entities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, influencing and relationship building skills, people management and decision-making skills, customer focus, and results-oriented mindset.
