About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Liaison to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As an Account Liaison, you will play a critical role in supporting our patients and their families by providing exceptional service and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives, including forecasting, target accounts, and budget management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals and nursing homes, to increase awareness and interest in our Home Health and Hospice Services.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations to organizations to promote our services and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director/Administrator to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related subject or equivalent work experience and training.
  • Five (5) years' successful sales experience with comparable customers, preferably to hospitals and/or nursing homes.
  • Knowledgeable in Home Health and Hospice preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being an active team player.
