Senior Health: At One Medical Seniors, we take pride in providing personalized care to our geriatric patients. The Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient practice in Renton, WA. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll work closely with our medical director to drive clinical excellence and practice innovation. You'll have the freedom to rediscover the joy in practice within a value-based care environment that values your input and supports your work-life balance.
- Provide high-quality comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
- Partner with our care team and leverage coaching and integrated behavioral health models to engage our geriatric patients in care and drive behavior change.
- Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population.

What You'll Need:
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
- Current licensure in the state of Washington or ability to obtain licensure.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on data-driven patient outcomes.
- Board Certification.

This role is based at our Renton office in Seattle, WA.
Salary Range: $142,000 to $150,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule.
