Primary Care Trainer Position

The ideal candidate will be an Associate degree holder or graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, with 5-7 years of medical assisting experience in a clinical setting. They must also possess Washington State Medical Assistant Certified certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, and excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
This role offers a salary range of $58,800 - $94,100 per year, depending on location and market conditions. Benefits include paid time off, medical insurance, personal funding accounts, 401K, basic life insurance, disability insurance, and education & development opportunities.
As a Primary Care Trainer, you will work directly with clinic operations management to develop and assess training needs, provide preceptor support, and ensure the implementation of standard operating procedures into training plans consistent with Kinwell's workflows and Epic platform.
You will travel up to 60% of the time to assigned clinics in South Puget Sound, WA, providing onboarding and training for new teammates, teaching courses, and promoting critical thinking among Medical Assistants.
