We are seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing to lead our skilled nursing facility in Tyler, Texas. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license with at least 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility as a Director of Nursing
  • Strong history of compliance with state and federal regulations, knowledge of CMS 5 Star Program, and evidence of positive clinical outcomes
  • Ability to teach, educate, motivate, and train clinical team members
  • Positive team spirit and mindset, along with a successful work history
