* Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Oversee the hiring and training of nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our residents receive the best possible care

**Requirements:**

* Current State RN license
* Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care
* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
