Bushwick Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care
* Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care
* Oversee the hiring and training of nursing staff to ensure a skilled and dedicated team
* Ensure adequate staffing levels and maintain current skills among nursing staff
* Oversee nursing employee conduct and performance
* Stay informed about incidents and events within the facility
* Assess the health needs of each resident and develop individualized care plans

**Requirements:**

* Current State RN license required
* Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care
* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
* Strong leadership and supervision skills
