Position Overview:

The IT Application Management Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective design, development, and support of various modules within our application suite. This position involves analyzing business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analysis & Design: Collaborate with IT Applications teams and business units throughout the software development lifecycle to identify and resolve issues. Engage in design, coding, and testing processes to enhance system functionality.

2. Agile Methodologies: Embrace and promote Agile practices, including Kanban and Scrum, to continuously improve development processes. Monitor trends and anomalies that may affect delivery and productivity, generating insightful reports for stakeholders.

3. Application Oversight: Work closely with technical leads to implement necessary changes to infrastructure and applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

4. Documentation: Develop comprehensive design and technical documentation, adhering to best practices and compliance standards.

5. Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.

Required Skills:
