Hudson Bay Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans and monitoring patient progress.

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $65,000 per year, based on industry standards for this role in the region. The successful candidate will possess an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or a related field, as well as state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with our team.

The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting in implementing treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists, monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes to the supervising Physical Therapist, instructing patients in exercises and activities to improve their strength, range of motion, and flexibility, and helping patients with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, and grooming.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have physical stamina and dexterity to assist patients with mobility and exercises, as well as attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
