  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
BDC Customer Care Specialist - Qualifications
  • Work a 5-day schedule, with occasional Saturday shifts
  • Exhibit proficiency in basic mathematics for tasks such as calculating discounts and pricing
  • Follow instructions accurately to schedule appointments
  • Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong desire for success
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Persuade and schedule appointments with customers effectively
  • Strong computer skills are beneficial
  • Professional phone etiquette is essential
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
