Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Trinity Health Ann Arbor. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account patient needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
  • BSN degree preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of nursing theory, practice, and age-specific needs, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
