Drive Business Growth with OSI Group

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive business growth through the management of strategic growth and profitability of OSI private label products.

About the Role

This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and growth of private label products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage key accounts and build relationships with decision makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Participate in trade shows and other special events to demonstrate product capabilities
  • Maintain knowledge of company manufacturing capabilities and capacities
  • Work with Operations to identify and implement cost reduction/capacity enhancing programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • Familiarity with food manufacturing plant operations and the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
  • Strong financial acumen and critical thinking skills
