Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at JAG, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, developing creative and effective treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote patient recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial evaluations, daily notes, reassessments, and progress reports to track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practices
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and patient support systems to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to patients and their support systems on therapeutic activities, rehabilitation equipment, and community reintegration
  • Oversee support staff, including PTA, ATC, and PT aides, to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Completed state-regulated CEU requirements
  • Valid CPR license
  • Experience with EMR software preferred
  • Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills
