Job SummaryWe're looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at JAG, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing expert care and guidance to help them achieve their goals. Your strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and passion for patient-centered care will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed, using a variety of techniques and modalities to promote patient progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and billing information
- Collaborate with support staff, including physical therapist assistants and aides, to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements
- Valid CPR license
- Experience with EMR software preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
