Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to grasp their event vision, budget, and specifications, presenting tailored packages and options.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring all stipulations conform to company standards and client expectations.
  • Oversee day-of event coordination as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to design and implement promotional strategies, events, and partnerships that boost lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in sales and CRM software, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
