We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals eager to embark on a career in medical device sales. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will undergo comprehensive training alongside an experienced Territory Representative for several months. Following this training, you will take ownership of specific accounts, allowing you to cultivate and expand your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program with a Territory Representative for 3 to 6 months, with accommodations provided.
- Assume responsibility for designated accounts after training, ensuring revenue maintenance and growth.
- Engage in surgical procedures within the operating room.
- Develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Facilitate hospital approvals and garner support from surgeons.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Less than 6 years of professional experience.
- Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Availability to train in various territories for 3 to 6 months (housing provided).
- Willingness to relocate within the U.S. upon promotion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales, pharmaceuticals, or as an Associate Representative in medical devices.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience through extracurricular activities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
