About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Michael Page. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact to close, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver sales proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in staffing and recruitment or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of success in closing sales
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team
  • High energy, determination, and resilience
  • Strong desire to be a top performer within a winning team
