  • Collaborates with Operations Control, Maintenance, Ground Operations, and other departments as part of the daily schedule development process.
  • May undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, with duties subject to change based on circumstances (e.g., emergencies, workload fluctuations, or technical advancements).

  • Familiarity with scheduling software such as Sabre, Schedule Manager, OASIS, Lufthansa Netline, and GDS/PSS systems like Sabre, Navitaire, or Amadeus is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial aviation landscape, including competitive dynamics and current events, is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, both commercial and contractual, is crucial; therefore, an organized multi-tasker who can prioritize effectively will thrive in this role.
  • Domestic and international travel under 10% of the time.
  • Ability to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • 100% in-office presence is expected.

We provide a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package for our team members, including medical, dental, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, travel benefits, and more.
