**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the Patient Relations Liaison team, ensuring excellent customer service and concern resolution.
  • Collaborate with department and ministry leaders, Quality and Risk Management, and physician leadership to investigate clinical care concerns and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members to ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Manage staff performance and evaluation, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Design and coordinate workflows to ensure efficient and effective operations.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 5 years of Acute care experience
  • 2 years of Progressive management experience, or experience as a Quality Management Coordinator
  • Clinical chart review and case investigation experience
