Education and Injury Prevention Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Education and Injury Prevention Program Manager to join our team at Lancaster General Hospital. This role involves developing and coordinating community injury prevention programs, education initiatives, and outreach activities.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $70,000, which includes base pay, shift differentials, and overtime pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.
About the Position
- Work closely with the Trauma Program Manager to identify financial needs for injury prevention programs.
- Represent Lancaster General Hospital at local and statewide injury prevention coalitions, organizations, and in the community.
- Implement measures to monitor outcomes and effectiveness of injury prevention and education programs.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a healthcare field within two (2) years of hire.
- Pennsylvania Paramedic certification, Registered Nurse/Prehospital Registered Nurse, or equivalent.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of prevention and outreach experience.
