Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Provide counseling and support services to patients and their families in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community-based programs
  • Utilize evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to assist patients in managing mental health challenges
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in crisis intervention and provide emotional support during difficult situations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social work or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
