- Provide counseling and support services to patients and their families in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community-based programs
- Utilize evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to assist patients in managing mental health challenges
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide emotional support during difficult situations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social work or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
