As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation, optimal functioning, and ongoing support of our core processing and digital banking software for credit union clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with credit union clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and assess integration needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including software installation, integration, configuration, and customization based on client specifications.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure software integrity and adherence to client requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our software effectively.
  • Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely implementations.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with credit union operations or financial institution experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of.CSV, Linux, and/or Bash scripts preferred.
  • Experience in customer-facing role preferred.
