Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with our health team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in integrative medicine and functional medicine
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Board certification in Integrative Medicine (ABOIM), Functional Medicine, or Anti-Aging and Metabolic Medicine (FAAMM)
- At least three years' experience in a primary care setting, with a preference for concierge or retail setting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
