Housing Stability Specialist

Access Services is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Housing Stability Specialist. This role is a critical part of our mission to provide innovative solutions to affordable housing challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with social services partners to identify individuals in need of housing support.
- Develop and implement housing stability plans to ensure individuals maintain their housing units.
- Provide transportation support for participants to attend essential activities.
- Connect participants with social services, health, and other benefits at the state and local level.
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork systems to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in social work, human services, business, or a related field.
- One year of relevant experience in social services, real estate, affordable housing, or business.
- Experience working in the housing system and/or human services in Montgomery County is strongly preferred.
Benefits:
- $20/hourly
