- User Experience: Advocate for the user, ensuring that growth initiatives enhance the user experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and collaborators via regular business reviews and other senior meetings.
- 12+ years of Product Management experience, including impactful leadership roles on major products.
- 5+ years of direct PM management experience, including managing other leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the growth of a consumer product, with a focus on increasing engagement, retention, activation, and creating growth loops in product.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision making and measure success.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability.
- Deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, with a passion for creating products that delight users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
