Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Psychologist/Licensed Psychological Associate to join our team at the Autism Behavioral Institute. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and provide supervision, consultation, and support for our NC Research-Based Behavioral Health Treatment (RB-BHT) program.

Essential Job Functions
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, analyze data, and write detailed evaluation reports
  • Diagnose and provide treatment recommendations for children with ASD
  • Provide post-evaluation feedback to clients and collaborate with clinical and intake/admission personnel to ensure timely access to care
  • Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and oversee client treatment planning and outcomes
  • Participate in administrative and quality improvement initiatives as needed
Job Qualifications and Evaluation Documentation
  • Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Current NC licensure
  • Strong working knowledge of neuro-developmental disorders, including ASD
  • Prior experience in completing evaluations for children with ASD, IDD, and other neuro-developmental disorders
  • Training in and competence with evidence-based tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, DISCO, CARS, or other known tools

  • Strong adherence to HIPAA requirements

Professional Environment
