We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Psychologist/Licensed Psychological Associate to join our team at the Autism Behavioral Institute. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and provide supervision, consultation, and support for our NC Research-Based Behavioral Health Treatment (RB-BHT) program.
Essential Job Functions- Conduct comprehensive assessments, analyze data, and write detailed evaluation reports
- Diagnose and provide treatment recommendations for children with ASD
- Provide post-evaluation feedback to clients and collaborate with clinical and intake/admission personnel to ensure timely access to care
- Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and oversee client treatment planning and outcomes
- Participate in administrative and quality improvement initiatives as needed
- Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology
- Current NC licensure
- Strong working knowledge of neuro-developmental disorders, including ASD
- Prior experience in completing evaluations for children with ASD, IDD, and other neuro-developmental disorders
- Training in and competence with evidence-based tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, DISCO, CARS, or other known tools
- Energetic and outgoing with a passion for ABI's mission
- Excellent communication and clinical writing skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Strong adherence to HIPAA requirements
- Reliable internet connection for inputting behavioral data
Local, state, and regional travel will be required from time to time.
