Key Responsibilities- Interpret garment patterns and operate sewing machines to create products to specification
- Sew sample garments and scheduled production units using industrial sewing machines
- Complete repairs as needed for both domestic and offshore produced garments
- Meet deadlines by working with the team to ensure products are made correctly and meet quality standards
- Consistently meet production goals set by supervisor
- Inspect and identify flaws in products to meet quality standards
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures of sewing and/or cutting
- 1+ year(s) experience using industrial sewing machine
- Strong attention to detail and great work ethic
- Ability to work and communicate well within a team
- Very good hand-eye coordination
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks and sit for an extended period of time
- Be 18 years of age or older
