Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret garment patterns and operate sewing machines to create products to specification
  • Sew sample garments and scheduled production units using industrial sewing machines
  • Complete repairs as needed for both domestic and offshore produced garments
  • Meet deadlines by working with the team to ensure products are made correctly and meet quality standards
  • Consistently meet production goals set by supervisor
  • Inspect and identify flaws in products to meet quality standards
Requirements
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures of sewing and/or cutting
  • 1+ year(s) experience using industrial sewing machine
  • Strong attention to detail and great work ethic
  • Ability to work and communicate well within a team
  • Very good hand-eye coordination
  • Willing to perform repetitive tasks and sit for an extended period of time
  • Be 18 years of age or older
