Customer Experience Specialist

TEMO Sunrooms Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Specialist to support business operations during standard hours of 9 AM - 5 PM. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to both our customers and staff at our showroom.

Job Summary

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing a highly engaging and customer-focused experience across multiple channels, including the showroom, telephone, website, and social media platforms, while also supporting and executing a range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and route all incoming customer calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Welcome customers, schedule appointments, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple platforms, including phone, email, social media, and chat, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and take steps to ensure a positive experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role, and or administrative role.
  • An associate degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or in a related field desired.
  • Proficiency in ERP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Knowledge of home improvement products and services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing is a plus.
Work Environment
  • The position is in an office setting with extended periods working on a personal computer.
  • Occasionally visits to manufacturing area which may expose to noise, smells, heat, etc.
