Job Description

Pet Evolution Franchising, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment, motivating staff to achieve their best.
  • Manage controllable costs to maintain profitability and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement in-store events to engage customers and promote products.
  • Lead and supervise staff, providing training and coaching to ensure excellent service and sales skills.
  • Manage inventory, merchandise, and product displays to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure success.
  • Enforce store policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Assist in directing sales to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Open and close the store, performing daily reconciliation, cash handling, and bank deposits.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of high-volume retail supervisory and/or management experience.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work within a budget and manage controllable costs.
  • Proven history of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs and stand on feet for long periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Driver's License.
  • Ability to commute to Albertville, MN.
