Position Summary

The Artisan Bakery Associate is tasked with maintaining our exceptional service standards by ensuring that guest products are prepared, packaged, and labeled accurately.

This role involves overseeing the production of artisan breads, pastries, and/or specialty popcorn products, as applicable to the retail location.

This includes baking unique artisan breads and pastry items, popping and packaging gourmet popcorn flavors, and ensuring that bakery items are consistently stocked with fresh and appealing products.

The Artisan Bakery Associate is also responsible for delivering outstanding guest service, ensuring the highest quality and freshness of all artisan, pastry, and popcorn offerings, maintaining well-stocked displays, creating attractive product presentations to entice guests, actively engaging customers through samples of freshly prepared items, and utilizing suggestive selling techniques. This role fosters a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere while adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Additionally, the associate will handle special orders, manage phone inquiries, and assist customers at the service counter.
