Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Business Administration is required.
- An MBA is preferred.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Regularly required to use hands for tasks involving equipment and tools. Frequent standing, walking, and talking are necessary, along with occasional lifting of weights up to 50 pounds.
- May work in various conditions, including exposure to mechanical parts, humidity, and noise levels that are typically moderate to loud.
