Job Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter at Sam's Club, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in your area. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
• Provide customer service and resolve member issues
• Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage
• Process meat products according to specifications
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
• Adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them
• Drive business results and ensure operational excellence
• Maintain a work area according to company policies and procedures
• Ensure quality and standards for high-volume meat products
• Eliminate waste and secure fragile merchandise
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored

Requirements

• 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department
• Ability to successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period
• Must be 18 years of age or older
