- Develop and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management
- Manage inventory and facilities, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale software
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country
- Competitive hourly range: $20.79 to $34.64 (depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget)
