Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate annual performance reviews from all 23 Field Divisions.
  • Generate reports highlighting issues from performance appraisal evaluations.
  • Process Single Act Time-Off Awards submissions to the HR Processing Unit.
  • Address Giglio requests as needed.
  • Input suspension, removal, and termination actions into EmpowHR.
  • Create and maintain disciplinary/adverse action case files in the HRER Shared Folder.
  • Support the Program Manager with the Outside Employment Program.
  • Prepare documentation for requesting plaques from vendors.
  • Draft memos and letters as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with an associate's degree, or at least 2 years of HR experience with a BA or BS degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Employee Relations.
