Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paraeducator - Behavior Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with students with social-emotional needs in a classroom environment.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to students with social-emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behavior support plans
- Assist with classroom management and organization
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- At least one year of experience working with students with social-emotional needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
