Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paraeducator - Behavior Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with students with social-emotional needs in a classroom environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with social-emotional needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behavior support plans
  • Assist with classroom management and organization
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • At least one year of experience working with students with social-emotional needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
