Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Develop and implement quality control and assurance procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to laboratory staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between laboratory staff, management, and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in laboratory operations, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Certifications: MLS or categorical certification.
