Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Graphic Packaging International. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production and support equipment, performing electrical and mechanical component replacements, and maintaining adequate records of work performed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair production and support equipment experiencing electrical or mechanical problems
  • Perform electrical and mechanical component replacements, ensuring compliance with work order instructions
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as directed
  • Resolve electrical and mechanical emergency breakdowns on equipment to minimize downtime
  • Perform electrical and mechanical installations as directed
  • Maintain adequate records of work performed on equipment and corrective action taken

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates degree, technical degree, or similar educational background in industrial, mechanical, or engineering setting preferred but not required
  • 3+ years previous experience servicing manufacturing equipment or similar required
  • Previous experience with Bobst, KBA, Masterfold, or other paperboard manufacturing industry equipment is a plus
