Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview
The Campus Recruiting Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for identifying and attracting top talent from colleges and universities to join our construction management and civil engineering programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with university construction management and civil engineering programs to ensure a pipeline of skilled candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule university campus events for recruiting and company recognition.
- Oversee campus visits by ensuring appropriate Robins & Morton staff and materials are available.
- Update our college recruiting on-campus presentations to showcase our company culture and opportunities.
- Attend career fairs and other campus events to represent our company and build relationships with potential candidates.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives for designated hiring managers.
- Assist in management of the Co-Op/Internship Program and Field Engineer hiring process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all current Robins & Morton Co-Ops/Interns to ensure a positive experience and potential future employment opportunities.
- Coordinate and communicate interview dates and travel plans for prospective candidates.
- Develop effective college communication methods and stay up-to-date on notable campus trends to prepare for success.
- Assist in managing candidate activity in our applicant tracking system.
- Research and recommend additional campuses to visit to expand our recruitment efforts.
