Responsibilities
  • Supervise patient care teams and evaluate their performance
  • Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred) or current candidate within 18 months
  • 3+ years of experience in hospital setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation$90,000 - $120,000 per year
