* Assist with project planning and coordination
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure staff satisfaction
* Enter and update staff information in the calendar system
* Serve as a personal assistant to staff, fulfilling their requests and needs
* Manage calendars and schedule appointments
* Assist with order entry and processing
* Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in a behavioral health hospital (preferred)
* Medical Assistant background
* Bilingual: English and Spanish
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Previous experience in a dental office or as a dental receptionist is a plus
* Knowledge of customer support principles and practices
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information
