Fleet Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Manager to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our fleet, ensuring that our vehicles are properly maintained, and our drivers are trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the coordination of vehicle arrivals, exchanges, and returns, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to configure non-employee vehicles and source existing vehicles for placement into service.
  • Coordinate with assigned departments and dealership staff to ensure that vehicle arrival, exchange, and return processes are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Administer vehicle administration systems, including electronic check-out sheets, plate assignment, in-service dates, customer assignment, pick-up/return vehicle condition, program, event, and damage disclosures.
  • Manage operational issues and respond to high-priority customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driving license.
