About the Role

Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health position in the Denver, CO area. We encourage nurses with experience in behavioral health, counseling, and other related fields to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor their efficacy and potential side effects.
  • Provide emotional support and psychological guidance to patients and their families using evidence-based therapeutic communication techniques.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops on mental health and well-being topics.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, including discharge planning and aftercare support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree from an accredited program.
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably inpatient or outpatient.
  • Strong understanding of psychotropic medications and their administration protocols.
  • Able to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by the American Nurses Association (ANA).

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $62,030 to $101,547 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
