Required Skills and Experience

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows, networking, Active Directory, and hardware diagnostics.
- Provide remote support to managed services clients.
- Document time entries and notes, update clients, and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in the on-call rotation as required.
Required Qualifications: An Associate's Degree along with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Over 5 years of experience in the field.
Certifications Preferred: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, MCDST, MCSA
Required License: Valid Driver's License
