  • Coordinate jobsite logistics for the placement of panels and field devices, ensuring installation aligns with Johnson Controls guidelines and project specifications.
  • Manage the loading, device verification, and commissioning of all system controllers as required. Validate complete system functionality and resolve any issues with subcontractors to ensure optimal operation. Provide accurate project documentation and commissioning records.
  • Handle financial aspects, including project billings and collections, ensuring timely and precise invoicing to clients while maintaining profitability and positive cash flow.
  • Offer coaching, mentoring, and technical support to System Technicians, Electrical Installers, and System Designers. Ensure that delegated tasks are completed accurately, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Effectively communicate project status to management and provide monthly forecasts regarding revenue, costs, and gross margins.
  • Send warranty notifications to clients upon substantial project completion and ensure warranty obligations are fulfilled.
  • Develop project plans and coordinate necessary resources to guarantee timely and cost-effective installation and completion of assigned projects.
  • Conduct site-specific training for owners/operators on the complete system, ensuring they are adequately trained and provided with necessary documentation and manuals for system operation.
  • Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Attend project progress meetings as required.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, demonstrating a high regard for the safety of employees and subcontractors.
