About the Location:

Experience the epitome of luxury at our oceanfront resort in Maui. Celebrate the island's wonders in our open-air beachfront Resort, where our team will pamper you in the spirit of Aloha.

About the Role:
We're seeking a passionate Komo Host/ess who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. This role reports to the Lobby Lounge Management Team.

What You'll Do:

Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items, as well as information on preparation methods.

What You Bring:

  • High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three months of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
  • Ability to carry and balance a tray.
  • Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to move large towel bins and pick up soiled linens. Interact with guests and maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Customer service oriented, attention to detail, maintain professionalism and composure in high-paced, high-volume environments, guest recognition, and remembering preferences.
  • Tuberculosis Clearance.

Schedule & Hours:

  • Full-time.
  • The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
