Credentialing Director, Medical Staff Office

The Community College of Denver is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as the Director of Enrollment Administration and Student Success. This key leadership position is responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating the recruitment and admissions processes and activities for the college.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to achieve enrollment goals.
- Oversee the recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes for the High School Diploma Program.
- Supervise and mentor recruitment and admissions staff, ensuring professional development and high performance.
- Establish and maintain effective communication between the recruitment and admissions team, and key internal stakeholders.
- Lead the admissions, recruitment, outreach, and enrollment efforts of special populations, such as high school diploma, military-affiliated, International, Students of Color, First Generation, DACA and/or ASSET affiliated and non-US citizens, etc.
- Manage Departmental budget in compliance with State of Colorado purchasing ethics and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the High School Diploma Program.
- Utilize student information systems and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms to manage applicant data and track recruitment efforts.
- Prepare and submit reports to document departmental efforts towards goals, documented activities, or other information as requested.
- Bachelor's degree and demonstrated experience in student-facing roles related to admissions, recruitment, student affairs, or higher education.
- Experience in admissions counseling, advising, recruitment, or related experience in higher education.
- Event planning and implementation experience.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Relationship and collaboration experience to relate to students and families and collaborate with schools and community organizations and CCD internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational ability to manage multiple projects and to work independently and in a team.
- Strong computer software skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience planning and implementing events.
- Experience utilizing data to set goals, progress to goals, and report development.
- Experience with student information systems such as Internet Native Banner, Self-Service Banner, Navigate, or Recruit/CRM systems.
- Master's degree in related or applicable field.
- Experience managing general fund and grant budgets.
- Bilingual, reading, writing, speaking-Spanish language preferred.
- Strong computer skills with relational databases.
- Familiarity with financial aid processes and advising students on funding options.
