Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Produce high-quality video content using video production software, including "how-to" videos for material handling products.
  • Design and create engaging blog posts, images, and videos to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around new products.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in social media platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media accounts.
  • Collaborate with the team to discover new ways to attract prospective customers, including promotions and competitions.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
  • Provide training and support to new employees on material handling products and safety procedures.
  • Conduct Safe Lifting and Crane Operator Seminars at client facilities to ensure compliance with ASME and OSHA standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in filming and video editing, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proven work experience as a social media coordinator, with a track record of success in increasing engagement and followers.
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms, including best practices for content creation and engagement.
  • Ability to write creative content, including text, images, and videos.
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels, including email marketing and social media advertising.
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Software proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and Photoshop.
