Job Title:
Configuration Management Specialist

Job Summary:
L3 Technologies is seeking a skilled Configuration Management Specialist to provide configuration and data management support to their assigned program(s).

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain configuration baselines supporting developmental, production, and sustainment programs.
Act as a primary point of contact for program technical data, ensuring content creators follow data identification, marking, review, and release procedures.
Implement data control methodologies to prevent process or system issues and ensure proper standards for quality are maintained.
Review and approve/reject all formal program documentation, coordinating with contracts organizations and customer regarding new or changing requirements, and integrating with program teams to coordinate deliveries.
Ensure identification, definition, implementation, release, and maintenance of data items and Supplier and Contract Data Requirements List (SDRL and CDRL) schedules are in accordance with program requirements.
Proactively identify data errors and ensure accuracy.
Enforce the protection of Intellectual Property.
Provide guidance on Engineering Methods to documentation creators.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
6+ months experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
6+ months experience with Adobe Acrobat.

Preferred Additional Skills:
Familiarity with formatting and handling of documentation.
Siemens Teamcenter PLM Experience
Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate orally and in written form.
Effective organizational skills.
Detail-oriented self-starter.
